Neal returns to Bimini where he lived from 1975 to 1985, before striking off to islands elsewhere in the Bahamas and Caribbean to run hotel and dive operations. Holder of two scuba diving world records for deepest and longest dives, Neal popularized Bimini as a world-class dive destination. He's a leading authority in shark-encounter diving, sharing a passion with Guy Harvey for underwater exploration, conservation and shark research. In joining forces with Guy to establish Dive Bimini, Neal brings a legendary career of diving expertise to recreational and professional divers alike at the Big Game Club.

Devito is the Big Game Club's super friendly Dive Operations Manager. Devito grew up diving the reefs of the Bahamas and is a Licensed Boat captain and a P.A.D.I scuba instructor with over 15 years' experience in the scuba diving business. Devito is also a Marine Mammal Specialist having spent 4 years training dolphins at Dolphin Cay at Atlantis in Paradise Island. Devito is very patient with his Divers and pays close attention to safety and does his best to give every diver an amazing diving experience
