- The package will include a full length wedding ceremony lasting up to one hour at a cost of $175.00. The raw footage will be available the following day at a cost of 2 DVD's for $60.00. Additional videotaping of the wedding reception will be at a rate of $75.00 an hour. The finished product will be available two weeks after the wedding ceremony.
- A deposit of $100.00 is required at booking.
- It is understood that EJ's Photography is the exclusive Videographer retained by the client to cover the event.
- Client assumes all responsibility for obtaining any necessary permission, clearance, permits etc., which may be required for EJ's Photography to videotape the event. The client warrants that he/she has the legal rights to anything EJ's Photography will videotape or any other material delivered to EJ Photography for inclusion in the client's DVD.
- All video masters and raw footage remain the exclusive property of EJ Photography.
- The client reserves the right to terminate the contract for any reason at any time up to the date of the event. Should the client terminate the contract, all money paid less the retainer will be refunded.
- If EJ Photography fails to comply with the terms of this agreement due to any event or situation beyond the control of EJ Photography, including but not limited to illness, accident, acts of God or unforeseeable equipment failure, EJ's Photography's liability is limited only to a refund of all monies paid.
