Michael Weber, a veteran hotelier, is the General Manager for the Bimini Big Game Club, a Guy Harvey Outpost Resort and Marina.
Mr. Weber most recently served as General Manager for Our Lucaya Beach & Golf Resort in Freeport, Grand Bahamas and has a long history of successful hotel and resort management in South Florida and The Bahamas, the Keys and the Dominican Republic. Weber was the General Manager of the Year for Coral Hospitality Management in 2004/2005.
Mr. Weber has a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Wisconsin Stout with a Major in Hotel & Restaurant Management and a Minor in Travel & Tourism. He is also fluent in English, German & basic Spanish.
Mike and his wife, Diana, love to fish, dive and enjoy the water sports of the Bahamas.
Robbie calls Bimini his home. To grow up in Bimini is to grow up on the water, and come to know its secrets and stories. The marina is the resort's front door to an exciting world of adventure, and it's safe harbor after a day at sea. Following in his late uncle's legendary role as Dockmaster of the Bimini Big Game Club, Robbie continues the family tradition of outstanding service to mariners. He and his dock staff stand by on channel 16, and is always there when you need that extra mate and a helping hand.
Neal returns to Bimini where he lived from 1975 to 1985, before striking off to islands elsewhere in the Bahamas and Caribbean to run hotel and dive operations. Holder of two scuba diving world records for deepest and longest dives, Neal popularized Bimini as a world-class dive destination. He's a leading authority in shark-enconter diving, sharing a passion with Guy Harvey for underwater exploration, conservation and shark research. In joining forces with Guy to establish Dive Bimini, Neal brings a legendary career of diving expertise to recreational and professional divers alike at the Big Game Club.
At home anywhere there's a saltwater flat on which to fly fish and a canvas on which to paint, Vaughn directs the backcountry fishing programs at the Big Game Club, though his new association with Guy Harvey. A Florida native, Cochran grew up in St. Augustine and ventured south to Key West in 1972 to take up fishing and pursue an artistic calling. Unlike most young Key West fishing guides and aspiring artists, Vaughn supported himself playing bass alongside Jimmy Buffet, who remains a close friend and fly fishing companion to this day. Together with his fly-fishing wife, Jean and Vaughn have managed some of the legendary fishing lodges of the Caribbean and Central America, and currently operate a bonefish lodge in the Abaco area of the Bahamas.
